You have to have a good diet to succeed at this. Having a great workout isn't good enough. In fact, having a bad workout routine and a great diet will have much better results than the other way around. Your diet determines how much muscles you'll end up growing. I think a great thing to do is cut out all those processed foods. These chemicals slow down the process of building muscle and this way you only eat real food. Now to answer the question; how do you build muscle fast? Well, it boils down to a simple fact of life and existence that Charles Darwin came up with. He stated that if you change the environment of an ecosystem, the animals will have to adapt or die. Same thing here; if you change the environment in which your muscles live, they'll have to grow or die. Just so you know, over training would be an environmental state that leaves the muscles dying. Don't do it. Intensity is the right sort of environment that forces them to grow. Workout with the weights, but keep it short and intense. I only workout for 7 minutes and I have great results. |
